- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a large pan, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and beef broth, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer.
- Mix in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, stirring gently to combine everything well.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
For extra flavor, add Italian seasoning or red pepper flakes. You can also incorporate vegetables like spinach or bell peppers.
