  • 4 cups chicken or turkey broth
  • 2 packs ramen noodles (seasoning packets optional)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 1 soft-boiled egg (optional)
  • 1/2 cup spinach or bok choy

Instructions

  1. Heat broth in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add shredded turkey, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Cook ramen noodles separately according to package instructions. Drain.
  4. Divide noodles between two bowls. Pour hot broth and turkey over noodles.
