  • 3 cups frozen hash browns
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown sausage in a skillet over medium heat, then drain excess fat.
  3. Spread hash browns in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. Layer cooked sausage over hash browns.
  5. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  6. Pour egg mixture over sausage and hash browns.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until eggs are set.
