Turn your leftover turkey into a creamy, comforting Alfredo pasta bake. This easy dish combines tender turkey with rich Alfredo sauce and pasta, topped with melted cheese.

  • 3 cups cooked turkey, shredded or diced
  • 12 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk (or heavy cream for richer sauce)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix cooked turkey, Alfredo sauce, milk, garlic powder, parsley, black pepper, and salt.
  4. Add cooked pasta to the turkey mixture and stir until well combined.
