Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk (or plant-based milk)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Mix oats, milk, maple syrup, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and salt in a jar or bowl.
  2. Stir well until combined.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  4. Stir before serving. Add toppings if desired.
