- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1/2 tsp salt

- 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
